Why is he running away from this hospital in the seventh episode of iFilm English TV Channel’s ‘Nurses’?

The young man was passing by and suddenly saw the chubby man in light blue sitting desperately there.

But he indeed seems weird. He’s clearly running away from the hospital and rejects the idea of going back there.

Who is this guys and what is he up to? Would the young man help the weirdo escape?
