Khuzestan’s historical Lashkar Bridge in photos

The Iranian province of Khuzestan is home to some of the most important heritages of the country including UNESCO-inscribed Shushtar Historical Hydraulic System.

Most of the travelers to the province tend to visit major historical sites, but Lashkar Bridge has an amazing view to enjoy.

The bridge is a Sassanid structure and has a vital role to connect Shushtar to its surrounding villages.

The length of the bridge is 124 meters and the height of it is more than 8 meters.
