World Cinema Carnival to screen ‘Even from that World’

Iranian short film ‘Even from that World’ has made its way to the World Cinema Carnival in India.

According to the Iranian Youth Cinema Society, ‘Even from that World’ will be screened at the third edition of the event.

Written and directed by Alireza Biglari, the film is about “a person who reached the end of the line due to his defeats and intends to commit suicide on the night of his birthday, but the miracle of a mother’s love for her child never ends, even from that world…,” a synopsis for the film reads.

The World Cinema Carnival presents the "world's largest and first multidisciplinary festival to celebrate the visual arts”, according to an online submission platform.

The 3rd edition of World Cinema Carnival kicks off January 28 and runs till February 6.
