‘Moment of Twilight’ to redefine resistance

Mothers of martyrs have remained a major representation of resistance as shown in the 49th episode of the series ‘Moment of Twilight’ to be aired tonight at 19:00 GMT.  

Mothers of martyrs knew in their hearts that they have lost their sons and daughters for a greater cause.

They also were certain that they would do it as many times as needed when it comes to defending their motherland, yet it is not easy for a mother to mourn her martyred child when she did not even get to embrace his body again.

Touran Vahdat symbolizes all the Iranian mothers who just heard that their children have been martyred and never saw their bodies.

However, on tonight’s episode of the show, she will finally be able to bid farewell to martyr Ehsan Vahdat, her son.

‘Moment of Twilight’, directed by Homayoun Asadian, goes on air every night at 19:00 GMT with three repeats the next day at 03:00, 08:00, and 14:00 GMT.

The 50-episode series tells the story of the Vahdat family, a traditional and well-respected family, which endures many hardships and adversities but manages to overcome them by always putting family first.

The series is starring Alireza Kamali-Nejad, Shohreh Soltani, Fatemeh Goudarzi and Leila Boloukat.
