Pharaoh’s dreams to be interpreted in ‘Prophet Joseph’

Pharaoh’s dreams are to be interpreted by an imprisoned slave in iFilm English TV’s historical series ‘Prophet Joseph’.

The pharaoh had dreams where he saw seven lean cows devouring seven fat cows and seven lean ears of corn devouring seven fat ears of corn.

He called his magicians to interpret the dream and they could not interpret it. That was when the cupbearer remembered Joseph, the dream interpreter, resulting in a chance for Joseph to interpret it.

The series is the Iranian version of the very beloved story of Prophet Joseph, the son of Prophet Jacob who guided the Israelites to pray to the One and Only God.

Prophet Joseph is dear to Jews, Christians and Muslims alike. For centuries, the story of his life has been told over and over in many different ways and in many different languages.
