New glimpse at epic 'Salman the Persian’ series

New behind-the-scenes images from the much-anticipated historical series ‘Salman the Persian’, directed by Davoud Mir-Baqeri, have been unveiled.

The production, currently underway at Ghazali Cinema Town, explores the multilayered life of Salman the Persian — the famed Iranian companion of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) — through a sweeping, multi-chapter narrative.

According to producer Hossein Taheri, three different actors portray Salman across various stages of his life: Barbod Sharifian as a teenager, Amir Rezaee as a young man, and Alireza Shoja-Nouri in his middle years.

The ensemble cast also features prominent actors such as Setareh Eskandari and Hessam Manzour, portraying Salman's mother and father, respectively.

Additionally, renowned stars including Farhad Aslani, Daryoush Farhang, Mohammad-Reza Hedayati, Ehtesham Borumand, and Ramona Shah contribute to the large-scale project.

The highly awaited series is scheduled for broadcast in late 2026.
