Artist turning down general’s offer in ‘The Lady and the Canvas’

The artist is turning down the general’s offer in the third episode of iFilm English TV Channel’s ‘The Lady and the Canvas’.

General Afshar wants the portrait of her daughter painted so he finds the best artist in town.

But the artist has hard times accepting his order.

Produced by Arman Zarrinkoub and directed by Saeed Soltani, the series tells the story of convergence of love, politics, and religion during the early Pahlavi era.
