Hamed and Nadia finally speak about love in ‘Shokraneh’

In the twenty fourth episode of iFilm English TV Channel’s ‘Shokraneh’, Hamed and Nadia finally speak about love.

“I think there are kinds of love that don’t die and last much longer. The more you experience them, the more infatuated you become,” Hamed tells Nadia.

Produced by Mansour Sohrabpour and directed by Saeed Soltani, ‘Shokraneh’ hits the air daily at 22:00 GMT. Each episode is repeated the next day at 04:00, 10:00 and 16:00.

The series revolves around Hamed whose uncle has been dead for more than thirty years. In his youth he had met and married a Tajik girl while studying abroad in Germany.

Hamed’s father never accepted her, and after his brother died, he drove her off and took the land his brother had given her.

Now he’s feeling guilty and has sent his son on a mission to find her. But will Hamed be able to do enough to make up for his father’s past sins?

The most notable on the cast list are Hassan Joharchi, Pouria Poursorkh, Farhad Qaemian, Maryam Kaviani, Atefeh Razavi, Houshang Tavakkoli, and a number of Tajik actors.
