Amir-Soleymani, Kamand (born June 6, 1973, Tehran)

Kamand Amir Soleymani was born in an artistic family. She has a degree in Stage Acting and Directing from the Islamic Azad University.

Her father, who is an actor, did not want her to pursue a career in acting but supported her when he became aware of her passion for this profession.

She was seven when she appeared in the play 'Squirrels'. She made her television debut in 1981 and in 1986 appeared in the movie 'Toranj'.

She achieved fame by starring the series 'The Patriarch' (1995) and the series 'Neighbors' (2000) brought her to the spotlight. 

In 1999, Amir Soleymani was acknowledged by the Fajr International Film Festival for her role in 'Red' (1998).
