Davoudnejad, Reza (born May 19, 1980, Tehran)

Reza is the son of veteran Iranian director Alireza Davoudnejad. 

Reza Davoudnejad entered the world of child acting with a role in his father’s movie 'Defenseless' in 1986.

His role in the movie 'Sweet Passions' (1998) is generally considered as his breakthrough and saw him nominated for Best Actor in a Leading Role Crystal Simorgh at International Fajr Film Festival.

Following his Fajr Festival nomination he was invited to the Japan Fukuoka Film Festival for the same movie.

He has also appeared in a number of films, including 'The Sting and the Bee' (2009), 'Women are Amazing' (2010), 'Big Trouble' (2010), and 'The Magic Lamp' (2000).
