Asadi, Shahram (born 1953, Salmas)
Shahram Asadi is an Iranian director who graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the IRIB College. He has a Master’s degree in Cinema from the University of California.
He made his directing and screenwriting debut with ‘Avinar’ in 1991.
Asadi has directed some movies, including ‘The Fateful Day’ (1994), ‘Look at Me’ (2002), and ‘The Fateful Night’ (2008).
He has also made two series of ‘Sheikh Baha'ee’ (2003-2008) and ‘Jalaleddin’ (2014).
He has won some awards from Fajr International Film Festival for his movies ‘Avinar’ and ‘The Fateful Night’.
Asadi has some experience in script writing and has worked in NBC TV when he was living in the US.
