Badiee, Asal (born May 9, 1977, Tehran - died April 1, 2013, Tehran)
Asal Badiee studied Nutritional Sciences at the Islamic Azad University and made her professional debut in 1996 by performing in the movie ‘To Be or Not to Be’ directed by Kiyanoush Ayyari.
Some of the movies in which she played roles include ‘Seven Acts’ (2000), ‘From My Heart’ (2000), ‘Candle in the Wind’ (2003), ‘Blue and Sometimes Sky Blue’ (2007), ‘Sweet’ (2008), ‘It Was at Dawn’ (2009), ‘A Letter to My Sister’ (2011), ‘My Father’s Home’ (2012) and ‘Goodbye Lady’ (2012).
‘Until Morning’ (2006), ‘Mankind’s Land’ (2010) and ‘The Sixth Person’ (2011) are among series in which she appeared.
Badiee slipped into a coma on March 31, 2013 and was declared brain dead on April 1, 2013. Her lungs, kidneys, heart and liver were subsequently donated.
