Talebi, Abolqassem (born 1961, Isfahan)

Abolqassem Talebi holds a Master’s degree in judicial law. Talebi started his career by writing short stories. 

He made 16 short films before making his debut in cinema in 1992 with ‘On the Wings of Angels’ as the assistant director. 

Talebi has directed the series ‘Where to in such a hurry?’ (2009) and movies ‘Mr. President’ (2000), ‘Naghmeh’ (2001), ‘Afghan Bride’ (2003), ‘Empty Hands’ (2006) and ‘The Golden Collars’ (2011).
