Iranian short 'Sleepwalkers' has been set to go on screen at the 21st edition of the Revelation Perth International Film Festival in Australia.
Directed by Pouya Nabbi, the Iranian short film will compete with 48 other submissions from around the globe.
The 16-minute short film depicts a young man who is trapped in an old house without any memories of past.
The Iranian 2017 production will go on the Perth screen at Luna Leederville on July 15 and 17.
Two other Iranian short films at the Revelation 2018 are 'Tulsa' directed by Seyyed-Parviz Shojaei and 'Whole to Part' directed by Vahid Hosseini-Nami.
Founded in 1997, the Revelation has been designed to showcase ideas "at point" in contemporary independent films and find a place for them in a conservative cinema and social environment.
The Revelation maintains its focus on signature driven works and embraces audiences of all ages, tastes and backgrounds. Like the films it presents, the event maintains a vitality and enthusiasm for the industry quite unlike any other film festival in Australia.
The 21st edition of the Revelation Perth International Film Festival is slated for July 5-18, 2018, in Australia.
