‘Green Book’ gains most successful post-Oscar title

 ‘Green Book’ has succeeded to sell $ 4.7 million at the ticket window a week after winning Academy Award.

The movie which received Academy Award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role successfully attracted the attention of cinemagoers and became one of the bestselling movies of the US box office for this weekend.

“A working-class Italian-American bouncer becomes the driver of an African-American classical pianist on a tour of venues through the 1960s American South,” a short synopsis of the flick read.
