Iran ‘Biography’ gearing up for int’l festivals

Preparations are underway for Iranian film ‘Biography’, directed by Fatemeh Saghafi, to attend international festivals.

The producer of the film, Ali Akbar Saghafi, told domestic media that the film has gathered popular and crtical attention during the 35th Fajr International Film Festival and that it is currently being prepared to participate in other international events.

Written by Amir Hossein Saghafi, the film follows the story of different members of a family living in the suburbs of Tehran grappling with various obstacles.

Notable among the cast of ‘Biography’ are Bahar Katouzi, Ashkan Mehri and Mehran Malakouti.
