Written and directed by Ali Lavari-Monfared, the film narrates the story of a fisherman who does his best to save the sea all alone.
The only actor in the short film is Mehdi Makkarian.
The film has gone on screen at the Ocean City Film Festival in the US, where it won the Best Film Award.
The QWFF provides screening and professional development opportunities and an educational initiative for youth and seniors.
The 11th edition of the event is slated for June 23–July 3, 2021.
