iFilm English TV to start airing ‘The Summoning’

Brand new Iranian series ‘The Summoning’ has been scheduled to go on the playlist of iFilm English TV Channel.

Airing of the series, produced by Mahmoud-Reza Takhshid and directed by Alireza Afkhami, is to be started on March 12, 2024.

In the new series, Maedeh and Zahra are two cousins. They have gone to the north of Iran with two of their friends.

When the four girls get together, jealousy arises in the middle and the past grudges erupt on top.

On the cast list are Arash Majidi, Reza Tavakkoli, Ali Dehkordi, Saleh Mirza-Aqaee, Hadi Dibaji, Nasrin Nakisa, Adrina Sadeqi, Minou Azarmgin, Nazanin Hashemi, and Dina Hashemi.

‘The Summoning’, produced in 2020, is to replace the series ‘The Water Fairy’ to be broadcast at 23:00 GMT.

iFilm English TV will also repeat each episode of the series the following day at 05:00, 11:00 and 17:00. ‘The Summoning’ is comprised of 27 segments.
