Sami Yusuf, Homayoun Shajarian collaborate in new song

Renowned artists Sami Yusuf and Homayoun Shajarian have collaborated in a new song.

The announcement was made by both singers on their Instagram accounts on June 13.

The song, titled ‘Existentia’ and set to be released on July 1, brings together the talents of Yusuf, an Iranian-born British musician known for his innovative blend of musical styles, and Shajarian, a distinguished figure in Persian classical music.

Yusuf, 43, has made a significant impact on the music scene with his multilingual and multi-instrumentalist approach.

Known for his spiritually themed songs, he has a large number of fans in the Middle East, North Africa, and Southeast Asia.

Shajarian, 49, has carved out his own path in Persian traditional music, following in the footsteps of his father, the legendary Mohammad-Reza Shajarian.

This collaboration is a significant milestone for both artists to blend their unique musical styles and traditions.
