Half‑Price cinema tickets for Mothers’ Day in Iran

Iran’s House of Cinema announces that movie tickets will be half‑price for women across the country on December 11.

December 11 marks Mothers’ Day and the birthday of Lady Fatimah Zahra (SA), the daughter of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

This decision was approved during the 18th meeting of the Film Screening Guild Council, held on Sunday.

The meeting included representatives from the Screening Guild, the Film Distribution Association, cinema owners, directors, and the Samfaa ticketing system.

The plan was proposed by the Cinema Organization and officially confirmed by the council.
