‘Standing in the Dust’ drops music album: Teaser reveals

‘Standing in the Dust’ has let out a teaser featuring music album for Iran popular flick.

The music album includes 20 pieces of the film score used in Mohammad-Hossein Mahdavian’s award-winning title.

The nostalgic notes were selected for the album as the flick is set in the 70s and 80s.

Habib Khazaeefar composed the music for this film as well as Mahdavian’s ‘Midday Event’.

'Standing in the Dust' won several awards, including the best film and best costume design at 34th Fajr Film Festival.

The flick is a biopic on Iranian army commander Ahmad Motevasselian who was kidnapped in Lebanon by the Tel Aviv regime in 1982.

The war-themed film has been well-appreciated by a wide range of national as well as international audience.
