Years ago, a man died while smuggling a golden antique statue outside of the borders. Ever since, the dead man’s wife took Mr. Tabesh responsible for her husband’s death and the antique going missing.
One thing that made the young widow strongly believe that it was Tabesh, who stole the golden statue was the man’s overnight success in launching his own business.
This was the story that Mohammad-Reza was told. So, he grew up with a deep-rooted grudge against Mr. Tabesh.
Will his biased judgment let him listen to the old man’s side of the story?
Directed by Maziar Miri, the drama unfolds with Firouz and Mohtasham unearthing a valuable antique golden statue.
Tempted by its worth, they plan to smuggle it out of the country, disguised among humanitarian aid arranged by a certain Jalal Tabesh. However, fate takes a different turn as an accident occurs, and the statue vanishes without a trace.
Fast forward twenty-five years, Firouz's son, Mohammad-Reza, holds Jalal responsible for the statue's disappearance and the misfortunes that befell his family. Seeking revenge, he is determined to shatter everything Jalal holds dear.
Meanwhile, Jalal and his family remain unaware of the impending storm and strive to face their own challenges, unaware of the adversary they are about to confront.
