Eshaqi, Alireza (born 1967, Tehran) 

Alireza Eshaqi studied Screenwriting at the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) University.

At the age of 13, he made his TV series debut with ‘The Breadwinners’ (1980) in which children were the target audience.

Eshaqi has written screenplays for the TV series ‘My Best Summer’ (1996).

He has also directed the television films ‘The Green Smile’ (2008) and ‘Paper Father’ (2008) as well as the movie ‘Fox Trap’ (2006).

Eshaqi has appeared in several movies, including ‘The Glass Eye’ (1990), ‘On the Wings of Angels’ (1992), ‘Cardboard Hotel’ (1996) and ‘Look at the Sky Sometimes’ (2002).

Being in charge of Screenplay Production Office of Iran Television was also among his other activities.
