Riyazi, Homeira (AKA Homeira Hassani: born June 18, 1967, Tehran)
Homeira Riyazi has a Bachelor’s degree in Theater Directing from the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Tehran. She also earned a Master’s degree in Directing from the Faculty of Cinema and Theatre, Tehran University of Art.
She made her Television debut with the series ‘Neighbors’ (1991), directed by Hassan Fathi.
Riyazi has appeared in several movies, including ‘Seven Stones’ (1997), ‘Blue Triangle’ (1999), ‘Under the City's Skin’ (2000), ‘The Color of Night’ (2000) and ‘Naghmeh’ (2001).
She has also taken part in the TV series: ‘Heroes Don't Die’ (1995), ‘The Friendship Agency’ (1999), ‘Travelling Companion’ (2000), ‘Girls’ (2000), ‘Spellbound’ (2003) and ‘Code White’ (2008-2010).
Riyazi is married to the television and cinema actor Ali Osivand.
