Khosromehr, Shiva (born December 1971, Tehran)

Shiva Khosromehr’s father was one of the veteran theater actors in Sabzevar, a city in Razavi Khorasan Province, northeastern Iran.

She has taken acting classes run by Samandarian and Tarokh acting institutes.

Her first TV appearance was in a made-for-TV theater titled ‘To Damascus’ (2000) directed by Hamid Samandarian.

She has taken part in a number of series, including ‘The Unfamiliar Scent of Autumn’ (2004), ‘Narges’ (2006), ‘Pioneer’ (2008), ‘Heart of Ice’ (2010-2011), ‘Until Freedom’ (2011), ‘Yalda’ (2012) and ‘Panacea’ (2013).

Khosromehr’s first feature film was ‘Mahtab’s Wedding’ (1996), directed by Khosro Malekan.

She has also appeared in movies such as ‘Filmaholic’ (2001), ‘Trouble’ (2007), ‘Carnival of Death’ (2008) and ‘Paris to Paris’ (2010).
