Baqaee, Behrouz (born June 15, 1953, Tehran)

Behrouz Baqaee studied Acting and Stage Directing in the Faculty of Dramatic Arts (presently named Faculty of Cinema and Theater, Tehran University of Arts).

He began theater acting in 1973 before entering the world of cinema and television.

He has appeared in several TV series, including ‘Sarbedaran’ (1984), ‘The Spouses’ (1994), ‘The Green House’ (1996), ‘Apple for Laughs’ (1997).

Baqaee has also played roles in various movies such as ‘The Long Autumn’ (1993), ‘A Little Piece of Heaven’ (2008), ‘The Apple and Salma’ (2010).

‘Shirin’s World’ (1996) and ‘The Kind Moon’ (1996) are among the series he has directed.
