Meykadeh, Parvin (born 1935, Tehran – died March 10, 2014, Tehran) 

Parvin Meykadeh continued her studies till the second year of high school. 

Her father’s interest in Iranian music kindled a love of acting in the actress by appearing in folkloric roles.

After the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, she was honored at various art centers.

The late actress appeared in several movies, including ‘The Last Supper’ (2001), ‘Forced Blessing’ (2007), ‘A Respected Family’ (2011).

Meykadeh also took part in TV series such as ‘The Story of a City’ (1999), ‘The Entrance Exam’ (2002), ‘Homeless’ (2004) and ‘Night Path’ (2005).

 She played her last role in the TV series ‘The Capital 2’ (2012).

In 2013, Meykadeh passed away after a battle with cancer.
