Rastgoftar, Kazem (born March 22, 1963, Shiraz)

Kazem Rastgoftar has a degree in cinema and a Master’s in Art Research. He initially made documentaries before making his directorial debut with ‘Lucky Bride’ in 2002. 

He also tried his hand at writing and producing. ‘Mask’ (2004), ‘Tehran Boy’ (2008), ‘The Lucky Suitor’ (2009), ‘Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus’ (2010), ‘Check’ (2011) and ‘Doctor Jiffy’ (2013) are among his other films.
