Moradian, Abbas (born 1969, Tehran)
Iranian writer and director Abbas Moradian has written and directed the movies ‘Clowns’ (2009) and ‘Mom! Behrouz Hit Me’ (2011).
He has also directed several telefilms, including ‘Tab’ (2008), ‘A Good Time to Go’ (2011), ‘Don't Call Me a Thief’ (2010), ‘Nice House’ (2011) and ‘Shiraz Nights’ (2013).
His movie ‘Behrouz’s Mom Hit Me’, received Diploma of Honor for the Best Director as well as the Golden Butterfly Audience Award at the 24th edition of the International Festival of Films for Children and Young Adults in Hamadan.
Additionally, Moradian has directed various TV series such as ‘Earthly Stars’ (1999), ‘Fever’ (2001) and ‘Best Neighbor In the World’ (2012).
