Salahmand, Hamid-Reza (born March 21, 1953, Tehran)
Hamid-Reza Salahmand studied Mathematics and Statistics at Jundishapur University in Ahvaz city.
He started his cinematic career in 1988 as an assistant director on ‘The Angelica’ directed by Mohammad Bozognia.
Before turning to directing, he gained experience as a producer, costume designer, screenwriter and casting director in several films.
Salahmand has directed some movies, including ‘The Times’ (2001), ‘The Sting and the Bee’ (2009), and ‘Three Degree Fever’ (2010).
