Asadi, Khatereh (born August 1983)

The actress is an Acting graduate from the Islamic Azad University, Faculty of Arts and Architecture.

Talented Iranian actress Khatereh Asadi plays female lead in ifilm hit series 'Fall of an Angel'.

Sara's character Asadi in joint work by Hamid Bahramian and Bahram Bahramian plays a pivotal role in carrying over the dramatic load of 'Fall of an Angel' with the actress offering a perfect make-believe world to the audiences.

She made her acting debut in cinema with ‘I Saw Your Dad Last Night, Aida’ (2004) directed by Rasoul Sadr-Ameli. Her performance in the same flick won the actress a Crystal Simorgh nomination for the Best Actress In a Supporting Role at Fajr Film Festival in Iran.

Asadi has played memorable roles in many Iranian movies such as Crossroad (2005), ‘Snow on a Hot Tin Roof’ (2010), ‘Seven Minutes till Autumn’ (2010), ‘Drought and Lies’ (2015) and ‘Hot Scent’ (2018).

She also made an appearance in ‘Shirin’, one of masterpieces by director Abbas Kiarostami that features many notable Iranian actresses as well as French actress Juliette Binoche.
