‘Kupal’ to be screened at Fine Arts Filmfest in California

Iran film ‘Kupal’ has been set to be screened at the 5th edition of Fine Arts Film Festival in California, the US.

The flick is to be screened at the closing ceremony of the American film event.

‘Kupal’ narrates the story of Dr. Ahmad Kupal, who is a taxidermist hunter, when he faces a challenge just before the New Year.

The main cast in 'Kupal' is Levon Haftvan and a smart dog named Sharon plays a key role in the movie.

Nazanin Farahani, Pourya Rahimi-Sam, and Hossein Shamsabadi are among the notable cast of Molaie’s flick.

Molaie’s feature film debut attended the competitive section of Fajr Film Festival in February and won the best feature award at the ‘Around’ Film Festival in Amsterdam.

The 5th Annual Fine Arts Film Festival (FAFF) presents the finest films in the world about art, photography, collectors and artists of all mediums in and out of their studios, galleries, museums, public art, and alternative art spaces.  This includes video art, created as a Film or a Virtual Reality medium.

The 2018 edition of Fine Arts Film Festival will be held on May 11-12, 2018 at the historic Beyond Baroque Literary Arts Center Theatre in Venice, California, the US.
