Iran film ‘Blockage’ has been scheduled to go on the silver screen at the 6th edition of the Iranian Film Festival in Paris.
The director of the flick, Mohsen Qaraei, is set to take part at the press conference which is scheduled to be held at the end of the screening session.
‘Blockage’ tells the story of street vendors and a corrupt officer in charge of controlling them.
A man named Qasem works for Tehran Municipality and his job is to prevent vendors from selling on the crowded sidewalks. However, he is to be fired because of making covert deals with selected vendors.
Among the film’s cast are Hamed Behdad, Baran Kosari, Mohsen Kiaei, Nader Fallah and Giti Qasemi.
The 6th Iranian Film Festival in Paris is held on June 6-12, 2018, in Paris, France.
