Iranian short film 'Gray Umbrella' is set to compete at the 2018 International Festival of Cine Bajo la Luna in Spain.
The flick is accepted to compete with hundreds of works which represent the cinematography of 26 countries including Brazil, Chile, Colombia and France.
Directed by Mohammad Poustindouz, the film narrates the story of a man who lives with an old permanent habit till a man with a gray umbrella walks into his life.
It is a literary adaptation of Fernando Sorrentino's 'There's a Man in the Habit of Hitting Me on the Head with an Umbrella'.
The film has been screened in several international film festivals such as Corti a Ponte Short Film Festival in Italy.
The International Festival of Cinema under the Moon - Islantilla Cinefórum offers best feature films and short films produced worldwide and exhibits them outdoors for more than two months of screenings.
The 11th International Festival of Cine Bajo la Luna is slated for July 9-30, 2018.
