Iran short 'Gray Umbrella' directed by Mohammad Poustindouz is set to screen at the 2018 Cine de Hidalgo International Film Festival in Mexico.

Iran short 'Gray Umbrella' directed by Mohammad Poustindouz is set to screen at the 2018 Cine de Hidalgo International Film Festival in Mexico.

The film narrates the story of a man who lives with an old permanent habit till a man with a gray umbrella walks into his life.

It is a literary adaptation of Fernando Sorrentino's 'There's a Man in the Habit of Hitting Me on the Head with an Umbrella'.

The film has been screened in several international film festivals such as Corti a Ponte Short Film Festival in Italy.

Cine de Hidalgo International Film Festival is a platform for the exhibition of contemporary cinematographic works. An event in which feature films and short films compete for an award with which the most outstanding films are distinguished.

The 18th edition of the Mexican festival is slated for July 23-28, 2018.
