Iranian film ‘Niloofar’ has hit the domestic home entertainment market.
A 2006 production, the film that was made by a Lebanese director entered the Iranian home market this week.
Directed by Sabine El Gemayel and produced by Fereshteh Taerpour, the film is about a thirteen year old Iraqi girl who battles with her femininity in search for freedom.
The girl, Niloofar, is willing to continue her studies, dreaming to become a doctor, but her family forces her to marry her cousin.
‘Niloofar’ is a movie starring Amir Aqaee, Mobina Ayenedar, and Nayyereh Farahani, Roya Nonahali, Shahab Hosseini, Zahra Davoudnezhad and Hengameh Ghaziani.
