‘Conditional Release’ to apply for screening permit

Production team for Iranian film ‘Conditional Release’ has requested a public screening license to show the movie in Iranian movie theaters.

The license is to be issued by Iran Organization of Cinema and Audiovisual Affairs with the movie’s running time shortened for 15 mins after final edit.

The longer version of the film before being trimmed down in the edit suite was screened at the latest edition of Fajr Film Festival in Iran.

‘Conditional release’ is a 2017 social drama Iranian film, directed and produced by Hossein Shahabi.

The cast list includes Amir Jafari, Shaghayegh Farahani, Leila Otadi, Amir Reza Delavari, Diba Zahedi and Ahmad Nikpour, among others.

Hossein Shahabi is an Iranian film director, screenwriter, photographer and film producer. He was appreciated and praised by critics and became famous internationally.
