Official trailer for 'Run Rostam Run' unveiled

The official trailer for Iranian animation 'Run Rostam Run' has been unveiled.

Directed by Hossein Molayemi, the animation released new trailer.

'Run Rostam Run' is about an old Persian national hero who should travel to the future and come to Tehran 2017 in order to make up for what he has done to his own son. In Tehran, he doesn't know whether to choose the legal or illegal way to reach his legitimate goal.

The 11-minute animation is a free comic adaptation of the traditional Persian tragic story of Rostam and Sohrab in Ferdowsi's masterpiece 'Shahnameh'.

The animated film was first screened at the Tehran International Animation Festival where it won the best animation and the best director awards.
