Robert Redford announces retirement

American actor/director, Robert Redford, waves goodbye to the world of acting.

The 81-year-old American actor announces his retirement after 60 years of being a cinema star. He will pursue his artistic life as a director, though.

Redford explains his decision saying he has been acting since 21 so he thinks that is enough.

2018 'The Old Man & the Gun' is the latest film the actor has appeared in.

He has been in a big number of movies including 'Spy Game' by Tony Scott and 'Truth' directed by James Vanderbilt.

He has also directed some works such as 'The Company You Keep' in which he also played a role.
