ifilm series director not in good health

Seyyed-Ziaeddin Dorri, director of ifilm series ‘The British Briefcase’ is in critical condition following a major operation.

Dorri's son told local media that his father is not in good health, adding the family decided not to disclose more details.

Born 1953 in Tehran, Dorri began his artistic career on the small screen.

He has written and directed various movies, including ‘Thunderbolt’, ‘Cinema is Cinema’, ‘The Legion’, ‘Forbidden Love’ and ‘Me and the Wall’ from 1984 to 2005.

Dorri has also directed several TV series such as ‘The British Briefcase’ and ‘The Pahlavi Hat’.

His artistic career spans outs of directing into producing projects.
