International media has published latest images depicting Muslim festivities across the globe on the auspicious occasion of Eid al-Adha.

Eid al-Adha or the "Festival of Sacrifice" is one of the joyful holidays in Islam which is annually celebrated by people in various parts of the world.

The occasion marks the willingness of Prophet Abraham (PBUH) in obedience to God's command for sacrificing his son.
