‘Mahoora’ to replace ‘The Lost Strait’ on big screens

‘Mahoora’ has been set to replace ‘The Lost Strait’ on big screens in Iranian cinema theaters.

Directed by Hamid Zargarnejad, ‘Mahoora’ published a new poster a few days before screening.

The war-themed film depicts the story of a border village in Iran where people have a strange local custom.

‘Mahoora’ features popular Iranian actors such as Saed Soheili, Kamran Tafti, Bahareh Kian-Afshar, Dariush Arjmand, Saeed Aqakhani, Mitra Hajjar, Ali Osivand and Yousef Moradian.

The film was screened at the 36th Fajr Film Festival.
