Popular ifilm stars all set for big screen

New offering of Masoud Dehnamaki, ‘The Prisoners’ gears up for public screening in Iranian cinemas.

The flick will have on the cast list the likes of Houman Barqnavard and Behnam Tashakour who are pitch perfect acting duo of several ifilm series, including ‘Chimney’ and ‘The Doormat’.

The new offering of Iranian cinema started shooting in June followed by technical stages which recently ended.

The dramedy focuses on a university student working on thesis about prisons. The flick highlights the role of spirituality on those ended up in jail.

Behnoosh Bakhtiari, Bahareh Afshari and Borzou Arjmand are some other cast members of the flick.
