Iranian short fiction 'Song of Hands' has been selected to screen at the 2018 New York City International Films Infest Festival in the US.
Directed by Hamzeh Zarei, the short flick is among the 68 titles which have been selected from various countries around the world.
‘Song of Hands’ is the story of a kid who loves to play a musical instrument, but the father breaks the instrument.
The short film has so far taken part at a number of international film events, including the Five Continents International Film Festival in Venezuela.
At this edition of the American film festival, Iranian female photographer Fatemeh Fadaei's photo collection titled 'Sea' has also been selected to go on display at the photography section of the event.
New York City International Films Infest Festival has the mission to showcase the content of emerging and of great filmmaking talents around the world.
The latest edition of the festival is set to start on October 29, 2018.
