Iran Musician Behzad Abdi to make soundtrack for ‘Original Idea’

Iran feature film ‘Original Idea’ has commissioned Behzad Abdi to make the project’s soundtrack.

According to a media report, Iranian musician Behzad Abdi will make score for Azita Mougouee’s new film. It is also said in the same article that Iranian sound recordist, Parviz Abnar, will edit the feature’s sound.

Born in 1973, Abdi is a prolific Iranian musician who has so far made soundtrack for several successful Iranian films such as Abolhassan Barzideh’s ‘Mazar-e Sharif’ and ‘Axing’ directed by Behrouz Shoeibi.

The film has recently ended the shooting stage that was done in various locations such as Iranian island of Kish, Canada and a European country.

Bahram Radan, Merila Zarei, Hanieh Tavassoli, Pejman Jamshidi and Mehrdad Seddiqian are among the cast members of the flick.

‘Original Idea’ is Mougouee’s second feature film directing experience after her 2013 ‘Tragedy’.
