‘Piggy Gene’ might miss Fajr screening

“‘Piggy Gene’ will not be ready for Fajr screening,” director Saeed Soheili has told the media.

Soheili added that the film is currently on the final days of shooting and capturing scenes will wrap up in two weeks.

The director was quoted by the media saying that all of the locations of the movie is in Tehran.

'Piggy Gene' is anticipated to appear successful at Iran box office.

The plot summery to Soheili's latest work has been kept under wrap for the moment.

Jamshid Hashempour, Hadi Hejazifar, Sina Mehrad and Elnaz Habibi are the main cast members of the film.

Founded in 1982, Fajr International Film Festival (FIFF) is Iran’s largest annual film festival held in Tehran; and ‘Piggy Gene’ was supposed to attend the 37th edition of the event.
