Iranian feature ‘Mothering’ releases music clip

Iranian feature ‘Mothering’ has released a music clip sang by Saeed Tamehri.

The lyrics have been written by Babak Sahraee and the music has been composed by Ali Mazidi.

Written and directed by Roqiyeh Tavakkoli and produced by Siavash Haqiqi, the movie was offered for home release some month ago.

‘Mothering’ stars Nazanin Bayati, Hanieh Tavassoli, Houman Seyyedi, Maryam Boubani, and Melissa Zakeri.

It is about two sisters; one who deserted her lover, while the other is abandoned by her lover.

The film was received well and found a place among the five high-grossing titles of Iranian cinema only one week through its premiere.

‘Mothering’ was firstly screened at the 35th Fajr Film Festival in Iranian capital city of Tehran.

Then it has gone on screen at a number of international film events across the world, including the 26th "Love is Folly" International Film Festival and the 11th Sofia MENAR Film Festival, both in Bulgaria.
