Iranian cinemas start screening of ‘Top Gear’

Iranian movie theaters have begun public screening of Mohammad Ahangarani’s flick ‘Top Gear’.

Produced by Sayyed-Mohsen Jahed, the social comedy is Ahangarani’s latest project.

“Soleiman drives laughter train at the fastest pace in order to prove his manhood in the family and the society as he came under scrutiny because of one thousand and one reasons. He himself has become aware of this and is seeking to overcome his own weaknesses,” the plot summary reads.

The film is starring Sam Derakhshani, Kambiz Dirbaz, Elham Hamidi, Leila Otadi, Bijan Banafsheh-Khah and Daryoush Farhang.

Nafiseh Roshan, Nima Shahrokh-Shahi and Parastou Salehi have also appeared in the movie.
