‘The Hunt’ TV series to cast Al Pacino

Amazon’s TV series ‘The Hunt’ has been seeking to take on Academy Award winning star Al Pacino.

Should he accept the deal, Pacino will be bringing to life a role in a TV series for the first time. He has, however, had some roles in miniseries ‘Angels in America’ and ‘Godfather’.

The 78-year-old actor and filmmaker has conducted a prolific artistic life appearing in around 58 films, including ‘Serpico’ (1973), ‘Dog Day Afternoon’ (1975), and ‘Scent of a Woman’ (1992).

‘The Hunt’ is about a group of hunters that go after Nazi murderers who reside in New York in the year 1977. According to a new discovery, some high ranking Nazi sergeants live among people. They are going to establish a 4th Reich in the US.

According to a media report, Logan Lerman was cast to play the role of a young man who is looking for to find a clue about his grandmother’s murder. Doing so, he meets with a group named ‘The Hunt’ and with it he learns how grave the situation is.

The series is ordered by Amazon to be made in 10 episodes.
