‘Original Idea’ by Azita Mougouee unveils official poster

Fajr competitor ‘Original Ideal’ directed by Azita Mougouee has unveiled official poster.

Film News Media has been in charge of developing the teaser and poster for the film.

The film plot summery reads, “Iran and Spain have agreed to launch a big project in the island of Hendurabi in southern Iran. Many companies and people have participated in the tender offer with the aim of winning it and gaining big sum of easy money out of such cushy business.”

Some cast members of the flick are already known by ifilm viewers. Merila Zarei, for instance has been in a big number of the films and series aired by the channel such as ‘Golden Diet’, ‘Bodyguard’, ‘The Fighter Rooster’, ‘The Seamen’, ‘The Pahlavi Hat’ and ‘Chamran’.

Bahram Radan, Hanieh Tavassoli, Pejman Jamshidi and Mehrdad Seddiqian have also starred in the film.

‘Original Idea’ has had diverse shooting locations and some of the scenes have been filmed overseas in Canada, Cypress and Spain.

Mougouee’s latest flick will be premiered at the main competition section of the 37th Fajr Film Festival.

Established in 1982, the Fajr Film Festival is an event that celebrates cultural exchange, displays creative achievements of highly acclaimed cineastes and pays tribute to local and international films.

Since its establishment, the festival has played a vital role in the development of the Iranian Cinema.

Supervised by Iran’s Ministry of Culture, the festival hosts veteran directors and new filmmakers from Iran and across the world every year.
